This thread is for posting any gift requests or recommendations specifically for items that appeal “those who have it all” already be it either that Rich uncle, that friend who hates gift giving or that one person who seems to have it all already, this thread is for that more picky sort of gift receiver.
Guidelines
if you are looking for a gift idea put “Request:” before your comment (without the Quotes) as it makes it easier to search separately from the suggestions.
if you have any specifications like budget, country or a particular style you should also include that in your comment
So my lifelong bestie (both F over 60) decided a few few years ago to forgo all the tchotchkes and such in exchange for experiences. So we gift things like museum tickets & Shows, food delicacies, Day trips, dinners ect. Nothing that takes up space. One great one is the National Park Pass. Seniors’ is lifelong others are yearly.
Give your employees cash! A 50$ CASH after taxes Gift is going to be most appreciated….nobody wants another mug or a T-shirt or trip to the snow park. TRUST ME! I worked for a construction company in my youth and he gave EVERYONE from top to bottom 10% of their yearly wage!! Still the best employee gift I’ve ever received.
@Maris
A National Park Pass is a tremendous gift idea! My partner and I went to three this year and lamented not getting one, but ever occurred to me as a gift to encourage more exploration.

You can’t really buy a “pass” for someone as they have to purchase it themselves with ID. But I just sent a gift card for the amount$$ with the link and instructions.

That brand makes a less expensive model called the ThermaPop. I have had one for maybe 5 years. It is a quick and accurate thermometer and I have gifted these guys to at least 20 people.
My parents have everything they could ever want and I’m a broke college student, but they own a bar, and when they started getting into craft cocktails, so did I. When I turned 18 I started working there, and have gotten more and more into hospitality, cocktail history, flavors, etc, and every Christmas I give them a batched bottle of a cool cocktail I think they’ll like, and we get to talk about what’s in it, where it came from, what we like about it.
