Just asking, What is a special gift for any book lover
or get in touch with important people in their life and have them send their favorite book with a note. I saw this someone did for their 30th birthday where their partner got 29 friends to send their favorite books along with a signed copy of Slaughterhouse 5. Really neat idea
My ex gave me a notebook where she wrote her favorite poems by hand over a few months. We were both into books. It ended up having about 150 poems with little doodles and notes explaining what each one meant to her. It was beautiful. After being together for about a year, I got to know her better through that book than in the time we were together.
A handmade or custom bookmark would be awesome.

Absolutely. It doesn’t have to be handmade, just something different that matches their style. You can have custom bookmarks made online, so choose something from their favorite book or character and maybe add a quote to make it personal.
I tried the handmade idea before, and it didn’t turn out well. I once used a scanned image that was not practical as a bookmark. ^^^^true ^^^^story
Honestly, as a book lover, I would love cozy socks, a warm blanket, a cute mug, a Starbucks gift card, a nice candle, and an Amazon gift card. Not unique but would be my ultimate comfort.
A pillow with quotes from their favorite books on it.

I just found this site, and I think I need to hide my credit card.

Good thing I’m broke. Thanks for sharing the link…

This would be such a great gift! You could also do a large blanket with printed quotes.

Like a throw blanket? That would be amazing. What if the pillow looked like a book and had the quotes?

The pages where they were taken from.
Remove everything after the .com or .eu or .uk and use the search option on the site.
I enjoy Amazon gift cards since I can buy books for my Kindle.
Their favorite book written word for word in your handwriting, then hand-bound in leather with your custom cover art can be very unique and thoughtful - but I wouldn’t want to write an entire book by hand.
I love gifts from Literary Emporium (http://www.literaryemporium.co.uk) or Klevercase (https://www.klevercase.co.uk)
They are based in the UK though.
Anything from Out of Print is awesome, and they donate a book to a community in need for each item sold.
I’m making my mom a flower bouquet from her favorite book pages. (Not good editions or her actual copies)
A kindle cover with the phrase Don’t Panic. How is it not a thing yet?
