We don’t do gifts for occasions anymore. We have what we want and need. What I want is to start decluttering my house, but it’s tough.

For my wife and I, we’ve decided we don’t want any more things. We’re back to how it was when we first married. Instead of needing things like a new dishwasher, we’re looking for experiences like trips.
This year, we’re getting new screened porches for our enjoyment.
A Ryobi drill with a Sawzall attachment. I’m tired of Dewalt constantly changing technology and making everything obsolete.
I finally got my Rock’em Sock’em robots a few years ago after asking for them every year since they first came out! I was in my 50s, but I love them!

Dewalt isn’t what it used to be. That’s why I went for all Kobalt tools — cheaper and better cordless batteries.

I received a Milwaukee drill from my son for Christmas last year, and it has been worth its weight in gold this year.

If you check Amazon, you can find excellent deals. About seven years ago, I got a Jennifer Lopez cal king-size set with a 600-thread count for just $29, usually $135! The color was black, but I didn’t mind. They are fantastic sheets.
